Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

2. Quote and booking

A request sent through the website is not a booking: we send you a personalised quote, valid for 7 days from issue. The booking is confirmed when we receive the 30% deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The conditions of each rental are set out in the quote and in the rental agreement.

3. Driver requirements

Minimum age 25, category B driving licence held for at least 3 years and a credit card in the driver's name. For sports cars: minimum age 28 and licence held for at least 5 years.

4. Delivery and return

Delivery and return take place at the agreed locations (airport, hotel, residence). The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery: otherwise a charge of €50 plus the cost of the missing fuel applies.

5. Insurance

All vehicles are covered by compulsory third-party liability insurance and Kasko (collision damage) cover, with an excess that varies by model. Excess reduction is available for a fee.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery: 100% of the deposit is refunded. Cancellation within the preceding 48 hours: 50% of the deposit is retained. No-show: 100% of the deposit is retained.

7. Right of withdrawal

For car rental services with a specific date or period of performance, the right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts does not apply (art. 59, comma 1, lett. n of the Codice del Consumo [Italian Consumer Code]). The cancellation conditions in section 6 apply.

8. Privacy

Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy of this website.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence or domicile in Italy has jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of the country in which you reside. For business customers, the court of Palermo has exclusive jurisdiction.
